KBOX comes in two standard configurations: KBOX 360 and KBOX 480.
KBOX 360 is a 360-square-foot 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home away from home. Its narrow footprint is perfect for fitting onto difficult sites. It’s perfect as a rental or as a guesthouse, even within a small backyard.
KBOX 480 is a 480-square-foot, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom house. It expands on the 360’s floor plan to include an additional 120 square-feet of storage and entertainment area, making KBOX 480 ideal as a primary residence.
Both KBOX models feature a dedicated bedroom and bathroom with the ability to sleep two additional guests in the convertible entertainment area.
